AGL Value Saver Plan

AGL Super Saver is available in New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland, and Victoria.

AGL Super Saver comes with 12 months of fixed rates with no exit fees and is one of the cheapest AGL plans available. However, AGL Super Saver is only available if you sign up for eBilling. If you prefer physical paper energy bills you might want to consider a different AGL plan.

AGL Value Saver with Night Saver EV

AGL Value Saver with Night Saver EV is available in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, and South Australia.

AGL Value Saver with Night Saver EV is a variable rate plan, which means your usage and daily supply rates might change as the wholesale energy market fluctuates. However, AGL Value Saver with Night Saver EV has an ongoing contract and is automatically renewed and you can choose which billing method (paper or eBilling) you prefer.

AGL Standing Offer

The AGL Standing Offer plan is a basic electricity plan for residential customers. The standing offer allows customers to benefit from a no-contract plan that offers affordable rates on a single-rate tariff.

AGL Solar Savers Plan

AGL Solar Savers is available to households with solar PV systems in New South Wales, Queensland, and South Australia.

If you have solar panels installed, you can benefit from the higher solar feed-in tariff offered by AGL Solar Savers. However, this higher solar feed-in tariff is offset by little (or no) discount off the reference price.

AGL Netflix Plan

AGL Netflix Plan is available in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, and South Australia.

Does AGL Offer Electricity?

Yes, AGL offers electricity in NSW, QLD, VIC and SA. There are many different plans available in each state offering affordable electricity rates.

What is AGL's Highest Solar Feed-In Tariff?

AGL offers their highest solar feed-in tariff of up to 60c/kWh in Victoria. Every other state offers solar feed-in tarrifs of 5c/kWh for the Basic FiT, and 15c/kWh for the Solar Savers FiT. In Victoria, the Basic Fit is 5.2c/kWh, and the Solar Savers FiT is 60c/kWh.

Is AGL Electricity Australian Owned?

Yes, AGL was established in 1837 in Australia. Now, with over 2 million residential customers, AGL is a publicly owned company, meaning it is partially Australian owned. AGL has its head office in Sydney and call centres in Adelaide and Melbourne.

AGL Solar Feed-in Tariff Rates

If your home has a solar PV system, then you are eligible to receive solar credits in the form of an AGL solar feed-in tariff.

There are two AGL solar feed-in tariffs to choose from. The standard feed-in tariff, which is available to all AGL electricity customers with solar energy, or the AGL Solar Savers feed-in tariff which comes with a higher FiT but is only available if you sign up for the AGL Solar Savers plan.
