Simply Energy offers residents in Victoria the choice of three gas and electricity plans; Simply AFL where customers can earn up to $300 AFL Store vouchers in addition to their guaranteed discount, Simply Movies which gives customers 2,000 Village Vrewards per month on top of their guaranteed discount, and Simply Energy Saver which doesn’t offer membership card perks but does come with a higher discount off the usage and supply charge. Simply Energy only retails electricity to South-East Queensland residents. How to Subscribe to Simply Energy
Customers can subscribe to Simply Energy online. If customers have any questions about signing up with Simply Energy, you can call Simply Energy sales team at 1800 009 141. If you're interested in signing up to a Simply Energy plan, you will need to provide valid identification and agree to a credit check to ensure your eligibility for a plan.

Existing customers of Simply Energy can fill out a moving form in order to move house with Simply Energy. For customers moving house within 5 business days, call 13 88 08 for a special meter reading.

Cooling off Period Australian residents who sign up for a new energy service are legally entitled to a 10-business-day cooling-off period. During this time, customers can cancel their new plan for any reason without penalty. To cancel outside of the cooling-off period, dial 13 88 08.
