This means that you can choose to pay for your Kogan mobile recharge monthly or pay a large one-lump sum for a year of data and calling. Of course, Kogan Mobile offers a discount for paying your yearly plan all at once.
- The main difference between the Kogan Mobile monthly and yearly plans is:
- The yearly plans work out to be cheaper in the long run than if you paid for the same amount of data month-by-month.
- With the yearly plan you receive your data allotment all at once, so you can choose how much you use each month (using more or less as needed).
- With the monthly plan, you are offered a fixed amount of data each month, and if you need a bit extra one month, you'll have to pay extra for it.
When registering, if you purchase calling plan with a SIM card, your Kogan SIM card will be free of charge. You can also choose just a SIM card for $2 and decide on your prepaid mobile plan later.

Kogan Mobile’s longest expiry plans are available for 365 days.

Plan Add-ons for Kogan Mobile
If you’re already a Kogan Mobile customer, you can get add-ons to your prepaid mobile phone plan, including roaming packs, data add-ons, and international call packs.
- International Roaming Plan: Get 1GB of data, 100 standard texts, and 30 minutes of standard calls for $15 for 24 hours of roaming
- Extra Data Pack: Get 3GB of data for either $5 per two additional days, or $10 for a full week
