Aussie Broadband Phone Number

If you're looking for an Aussie Broadband phone number to call you have two available. Customers can either dial 1300 880 905, or 03 5165 0000 to get in touch with Aussie Broadband sales team, service delivery team, or customer service. In addition, if you’re having trouble reaching Aussie Broadband with one of those two numbers, they offer an additional phone number at 1300 180 905.

Aussie Broadband Contact for Technical Support

If you need Aussie Broadband technical support or help, you can find it both online or over the phone. If you want to contact Aussie Broadband technical support by phone you can call 1300 880 905 to speak to Aussie Broadband Customer Service, which includes their tech support team, any day of the week from 8am to Midnight.

In addition, there are some steps you can take on your own to run troubleshooting and tech support using the MyAussie app and online portal including running an Aussie Broadband speed test and checking for any Aussie Broadband outages if you're experiencing an issue with your service.

Aussie Broadband Speed Test

If you want to check the speed of your Aussie Broadband NBN speed, you can do so online. With an Aussie Broadband speed test, your results are recorded directly to your Aussie Broadband account, which can be helpful when you’re experiencing an issue with your service. This then allows Aussie Broadband to raise the fault to Telstra, NBN Co, or Vocus, if necessary.

Aussie Broadband Outages

You can use your MyAussie app to check for any known Aussie Broadband outages. Log into your account, and under the “Home” section of the app you can find “Outages”. From here, you will see all Aussie Broadband outages that have affected your service, are scheduled to affect your service, or are currently affecting your Aussie Broadband service.

If you want to report a fault to Aussie Broadband you can do so directly online, or through your MyAussie app. Go to the “Home” section, and scroll to “Fault”. Click on the arrow next to it, and you will find the option to “Report a Fault”.

After reporting a fault, MyAussie will run an automatic Self Test. Once the Self Test is complete, it will let you know if there is an issue and give you the option to add some notes before raising the fault to Aussie Broadband. Once a fault is raised, an Aussie Broadband team member will get in contact with you.
