Discover Energy has stopped offering plans to new customers for the time being. Due to the energy crisis, Discover Energy is only offering standing offer plans to current customers.

There are three Discover Energy solar feed-in tariffs most households can choose from, though eligibility and availability may differ.

Customers who leave positive Discover Energy reviews often cite helpful and accommodating customer service as one of the reasons they’re so pleased with Discover Energy. They say that it’s easy to get in touch with Discover Energy by live chat or phone no matter their reason for contacting them, and everything from switching plans, to moving house, to billing issues, is handled smoothly.
Anna Jo says in their 5-star Discover Energy review on Google:
I am very happy with Discovery energy! Easy to chat via a chatting app (kakaotalk)! Without ringing them, using the chatting app I can ask questions whenever I need. And they explained and compared their energy products with other energy companies. Really easy to understand and gave me best price ever! Furthermore, they have their own app so I can download it and check my bill and usage anytime. Highly recommend!!!
However, the biggest complaint about Discover Energy is customers don’t seem to be happy with the way Discover Energy handles its solar exports. While Discover Energy advertises up to 16/kWh for their premium solar credits, this is capped at only 10kWh export per day. However, it’s always important to read the fine print when signing up for an energy plan to avoid surprises and miscommunication such as this.
Black Dog, in their 1-star Discover Energy review on ProductReview says:
Headline grabbing 16 cent FiT. But only for the first 10Kwh. Yes, that's right a lousy $16.00. The remaining 200+Kwh are at $0.00. I used to pay the Gas bill with the credit I got with my previous energy providers.
