All Westnet NBN plans come with pay-as-you-go calling for $0, but customers can add either a call pack for local, national, and mobile AU numbers for an additional $5 per month, or an unlimited international call pack for $10 per month.

Fetch TV Bundles with Westnet Fetch Mini is an optional inclusion ($0 for 12 months + $59.99 upfront setup fee) for customers signing up for a 6-month contract with NBN50 or NBN100, as well as NBN Superfast and NBN Ultrafast. Customers can also sign up for Fetch Mini for an additional $5 per month with any other NBN plan.

Residents of Geelong, Midura, and Ballarat have ultra broadband cable services available to them through Westnet, with speeds up to 350Mbps, as an alternative to NBN. Westnet has one cable broadband plan, which includes:

  • No lock-in contract
  • Netphone
  • Unlimited local and standard national calls
  • Wifi modem included

Currently, customers can get Westnet cable broadband for $39.99 for the first 12 months ($79.99 per month after), and can choose to include optional international calls for an additional $10 per month.

Westnet VDSL2 plans - The ACT

If you live in the ACT, Westnet offers ultra broadband VDSL2 plans as an NBN-alternative. All VDSL2 plans are on a no lock-in contract, and includes unlimited data, and a Netphone, as well as call inclusions. In addition, customers can either choose to bring their own VDSL2-compatible modem, or purchase one through Westnet for an upfront cost of $59.95. VDSL2 customers can also choose to include an international call pack for an additional $10 per month, and optional Fetch Mini for $5 per month + $59.99 setup fee.

Westnet billing and payment methods

Westnet broadband customers can manage and pay their invoices using Westnet My Account online. Simply select “Make a payment” and choose the amount you want to pay before putting in your payment details. If the amount owed is $0.00, then any payments you make will put your account in-credit to be used on your next invoice.

If you’re a Westnet mobile customer, your monthly invoice will be automatically debited from your nominated account. You can change your payment details by logging into your Westnet My Account.

If you’re moving home, and want to keep your Westnet broadband service, you can organize your service relocation online or over the phone by calling 1300 899 368. When moving house with Westnet, you can keep your current plan or change to a new service if you need with $0 activation and as long as you stay with Westnet, you won’t need to worry about a contract break fee.
