iiNet Internet Plans

iiNet NBN Plans

iiNet has four NBN plans where an NBN connection is available. Customers can choose either a 6-month contract, or month-to-month contract with their iiNet NBN plan, as well as either purchase an iiNet modem or bring your own. An iiNet modem will cost an additional $59.95 upfront if you choose a 6-month contract or $99.95 with a month-to-month plan.

All iiNet NBN plans come with pay-as-you-go calls, but if you have an iiNet modem you can add a call pack for an additional cost per month.

iiNet Fibre to the Home Plans

If you have an fibre connection to your home, iiNet Fibre to the Home is available in select locations. FTTH plans all come with unlimited data, and start at $69.99 per month, with a $79 activation fee. All FTTH plans come with pay-as-you-calling, but you can add an additional call pack (either local national & mobile calls or international calls) for an additional $10 per month.

If you already have a FTTH-enabled modem, you can bring your own, or get an iiNet modem with an additional upfront cost of $59.95.

iiNet Broadband Plans

Depending on where you live, you might have an NBN alternative available to you. iiNet has FTTB, VDSL2, and cable broadband plans available. All iiNet broadband plans come with an included modem, and customers can choose to bundle a Fetch Entertainment plan, and call pack, for an additional monthly fee.

iiNet Contact & Support

iiNet Toolbox Account Management

All iiNet customers also have access to iiNet Toolbox, their online account management service. With iiNet Toolbox, you can track and manage almost every part of your iiNet services. This includes:

• Pay a bill & manage your payment details
• Add additional services to your account
• Update personal and account information

Reviews across the internet from iiNet customers are mixed, as all provider reviews are. iiNet has won a number of awards for their broadband and customer service.

Customers have mentioned occasional dropouts with their internet, but cite that calling iiNet customer service resulted in either a quick fix or at least customer service telling them of any work being done in the area that could result in a loss of service.

How to Cancel Your iiNet Service

To cancel a service with iiNet, you may call their sales team at 13 22 58. It should be noted that any service on a contract may require you to pay out any remaining outstanding payments. To close your iiNet account completely, dial 1300 796 178.
