iiNet NBN Plans

iiNet has four NBN plans where an NBN connection is available. Customers can choose either a 6-month contract, or month-to-month contract with their iiNet NBN plan, as well as either purchase an iiNet modem or bring your own. An iiNet modem will cost an additional $59.95 upfront if you choose a 6-month contract or $99.95 with a month-to-month plan.

iiNet Fibre to the Home Plans

If you have an fibre connection to your home, iiNet Fibre to the Home is available in select locations. FTTH plans all come with unlimited data, and start at $69.99 per month, with a $79 activation fee. All FTTH plans come with pay-as-you-calling, but you can add an additional call pack (either local national & mobile calls or international calls) for an additional $10 per month.

If you already have a FTTH-enabled modem, you can bring your own, or get an iiNet modem with an additional upfront cost of $59.95.

Depending on where you live, you might have an NBN alternative available to you. iiNet has FTTB, VDSL2, and cable broadband plans available. How to Cancel Your iiNet Service

To cancel a service with iiNet, you may call their sales team at 13 22 58. It should be noted that any service on a contract may require you to pay out any remaining outstanding payments. To close your iiNet account completely, dial 1300 796 178.
