If you are dissatisfied with your ENGIE plan or service, the complaints team follows a simple, staged process.
Raise your complaint by phone on 13 88 08, by email, via the online form, or by post to PO Box 210, Balwyn VIC 3103.
If the issue is not resolved, ask to escalate it to a team leader or Customer Advocate. ENGIE aims to resolve complaints within 15 business days.
