The standard residential rate is 5.5c/kWh in NSW, QLD and SA, 4.9c/kWh in Victoria and 8c/kWh in the ACT. The Engie Solar plan offers a higher 12c/kWh feed-in tariff for eligible systems generating under 10kW in NSW, VIC, QLD and SA. Feed-in tariffs are subject to change and depend on your plan and distribution network.

Payment extension. Available to any ENGIE customer, not only concession-card holders. Request one by calling 1800 065 475 or via live chat.

Fixed payment plan. Short-term plans between billing cycles or long-term plans spreading your energy cost over the year, with weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments. Apply through MyAccount under the Billing tab.

Financial hardship program. Tailored support including a short or long-term payment plan, flexible methods such as Centrepay, advance payments, energy-saving advice, help with concessions and rebates, and referrals to free independent financial counselling. Contact ENGIE on 13 88 08 as early as possible.
