What are Energy Australia Rates per kWh?
Energy Australia offers their highest solar feed-in tariff of up to 8.5c/kWh in South Australia. Every other state offers lower solar feed-in tariff rates: 5.4c/kWh in Victoria, 7.6c/kWh in New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory, and 6.6c/kWh in Queensland.
What are the EnergyAustralia Electricity Plans?
EnergyAustralia offers electricity plans in NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC and SA. There are four different electricity plans available in each state: Basic Home, Flexi Plan, Balance Plan and the Solar Max Plan. Below are some details highlighting the benefits of each electricity plan:

Will My EnergyAustralia Electricity Rates Change?
EnergyAustralia typically review their electricity rates once every year in July for NSW, QLD, ACT and SA. Electricity rates in VIC are usually changed around July or August each year.
Customers will be notified about rate changes around mid-June. The electricity rate change every year because the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) and the Essential Services Commission (ESC) review the Default Market Offers every year on July 1st.
The EnergyAustralia variable electricity rates for residential and business standing offer plans in NSW and SA are under review and will increase starting 1 July 2025. These plans include the following:
