Usage rate (c / kWh)
What you pay for every unit of electricity you use. The single biggest driver of your bill if you use a lot of power.
Daily supply charge (c / day)
A fixed fee you pay every day just to be connected, regardless of how much energy you use. It adds up across the year.
Peak vs off-peak
Time-of-use plans charge more at peak times and less off-peak. They suit homes that can shift usage to evenings, nights or weekends.

ProductReview
Reviews are mixed. Happy customers praise competitive prices and helpful, named representatives who set up accounts quickly. The most common complaints are about unexpectedly high bills, usage estimates and slow responses from customer service. As with any retailer, experiences vary by business and usage, so it pays to compare.
