How to Pay Arcstream Bills

Arcstream Energy gives customers a variety of options when it comes to paying their energy bills.

Charges on your bank statement will be shown as coming from Electricity In A box Pty Ltd. Arcstream also uses a third-party payments provider (Ezidebit) to keep your payment details private. As part of the service they provide, there are no fees associated with the initial setup of your information in their system or with direct debit bank transfers. Nevertheless, payments made using credit or debit cards will include the following surcharges:

  1. All Mastercard and VISA payments will incur a surcharge of 1.1% including GST.
  2. Once off payment through AMEX will incur a surcharge of 3.3% including GST

If you want to avoid these charges, it is recommended to set up a direct debit from your bank account.

Payment extensions and plans are available for Arcstream customers, all you have to do is contact Arcstream customer support to discuss your options. AHome Energy Emergency Assistance scheme is also available to applicable occupants under the AER Exempt Selling Guidelines. Card holders of a Health Care, Seniors, Veterans Affair or Asylum Seekers Cards may be applicable to claim for the Arcstream electricity rebate.
