I tried to open cases on the customer portal, the customer service staff mentioned that Tangerine could only discount the number of days of the disruptive service. I agreed with it and the cases were closed.
At the end of the month, I received a non-discount bill. I complained to the customer service the second time but they said that my case was solved and closed my case immediately. What a dodgy service! I had to replace Tangerine with another Internet provider and it was a lot better. I would not recommend using with Tangerine.
