Simply Energy Pay My Bill

Simply Energy has a number of secure methods to pay your Simply Energy bill, including different ways to pay online, over the phone, or in person. It’s recommended to set up direct debit to pay your Simply Energy bill, however, as this allows you to set and forget your bill payments. You can set up direct debit with Simply Energy online, all you need to do is provide your customer account number and the information of the account you want to use for direct debit payments.

Subscribe to a Simply Energy gas or electricity plan

Customers who wish to subscribe to a Simply Energy plan, whether for gas or electricity, can do so online by providing a valid connection address and identification. In order to subscribe to Simply Energy gas or electricity, put the postal code of the connection address and select the best plan for you. Customers might need to undergo a credit check when signing up for eligibility.

Customers can also direct any sales questions to the Simply Energy sales team by calling 1800 009 141 weekdays from 8am to 7pm and Saturdays 10am to 2pm.

Simply Energy complaints process

If you're dissatisfied with your Simply Energy plans or service, the Simply Energy complaints department is there to help you resolve the issue. Customers can contact Simply Energy complaints department by phone and email, or written letter sent by mail.
