Catch Connect mobile plans come with very basic features - mobile data and unlimited standard talk and text to Australian numbers.

Catch Connect Activate & Catch Connect Recharge

When you sign up for a Catch mobile service, you’ll be asked to keep a credit card on file.

CATCH CONNECT ACTIVATION: Once you receive your Catch Connect SIM card, you will need to activate it within 30 days in order to take advantage of any advertised inclusions or promotions. Activating the card is easy and should take around 15 minutes. Please note that occasionally, activation can take up to 48 hours. 

You can activate your SIM card online, with a valid Australian debit or credit card. You will also be asked for your SIM card number, you address and phone number to complete the activation. Once you activate your service, your account will automatically be set up for auto-recharge. You can turn off or manage your auto-recharge service at any time through the Catch Connect app or online with your Catch Connect login details.

CATCH CONNECT RECHARGE: If you choose to turn off auto-recharge, you can manually recharge your Catch mobile service via the Catch Connect app or online with a valid credit or debit card.

Catch Connect is predominantly self-service and, as a Catch mobile customer, you can manage your account and prepaid mobile plan using your Catch Connect login either online, to access your Catch Connect Dashboard, or through the Catch Connect app.

If you do not already have a Catch Connect login, you can easily create an account online. Simply head to the dashboard login and click 'create and account'. You will have to enter your email address, name, date of birth and password.
