Each plan comes with unlimited, standard, national calls and text as well as 100GB of data banking, and a bonus 10GB of data every three months. Woolworths also offers a free, 12-month subscription to Family Zone, to manage screen time, internet, and media usage.

With Woolworths Mobile 12-month plans, you’ll be alerted when you reach your call or data limit. Once you reach your limit, your mobile phone usage will be reduced if you do not purchase additional credit. Additional data can be purchased for $10 per 1GB.
Cancelling a 12-month plan?If you’re on a Woolworths 12-month contract and wish to cancel your service, you will be subjected to an early termination fee. Early termination fees are calculated by 50% minimum monthly charge x number of months remaining.

Woolworth has a number of phones available to add on to your SIM-only mobile phone plan including Samsung brand, OPPO, and the FZ ONE with build-in parents controls. Monthly phone costs start at $30 / month for 36 months, up to $102 / month for 24 months depending on the brand of phone.
Currently, customers who purchase the Samsung Galaxy S10e, S10, and S10+ will receive an additional discount off their monthly phone bill and could save up to $288 off their total phone cost.
Prepaid no-contract offers from Woolworths Mobile
If you don’t want to sign a 12-month contract, Woolworths offers 30-day prepaid mobile plans starting at $10. All 30-day prepaid mobile offers come with unlimited standard national calls and texts as well as 200GB of data-banking.
Customers who purchase the Extra Small prepaid plan or above also get a free 12-month subscription to Family Zone to help manage screen time and internet usage.

Woolworths is also currently offering Long Expiry prepaid mobile phone plans. Customers can purchase an 180-day expiry plan with 12GB of data and unlimited standard national calls and texts for $60 or a 365-day expiry plan with 84GB of data and unlimited standard national calls and texts for $150.
Woolworths Long Expiry prepaid mobile phone plans are available for a limited time, namely until 31 March 2020.
Want to sign up to Woolworths Mobile?
Customers can purchase their Woolworths SIM-card online. When purchasing, customers must be at least 18 years old, have one form valid ID (either an Australian drivers license, Australian passport, or international passport with a valid visa), and have a credit or debit card ready to set up monthly direct debit payments.
If you would like to port your current number, you will also need your current device available to receive a verification code on the order. Your full name and birth date must also match your current phone account and your new account with Woolworths Mobile. If you currently have a phone plan, you will also need your customer service number (different from your mobile number).
How to cancel a Woolworths Mobile plan
Customers on prepaid phone plans are free to cancel their Woolworths phone plan at any point without penalty, however, you will not be refunded for any unused credit. Customers on a SIM-only plan will be required to pay an early termination charge (50% minimum monthly charge x number of months remaining on contract) and customers with a handset payment plan will need to immediately pay off any remaining phone payment amount.

Pay a Woolworths Mobile bill
Customers on a prepaid mobile plan with Woolworths Mobile can recharge their phone directly online using either their debit or credit card or a prepaid voucher purchased at a Woolworths Supermarket.
Customers on phone or SIM-only plans will be asked to provide a credit or debit card upon sign up, for direct debit. Automatic payment details can be set up or edited via Woolworths My Account or on the Woolworths mobile app. In addition, customers can pay directly online with a valid credit or debit card or by BPAY with the biller code found on the bottom of your bill.
Customers are assigned a billing cycle upon sign up. Once you receive your invoice, you will have 10-12 days to pay your bill. If you have automatic payment set up, your account will reflect the date your card will be debited. If you cannot pay your phone bill due to financial hardship you might be eligible for financial hardship assistance.
