If you’re looking for some of the cheapest broadband available, even if that doesn’t necessarily mean unlimited data or fast download speeds, you won't find a plan much cheaper than TPG.
TPG's cheapest NBN plan will cost you $29.99 per month but only comes with 10GB of data. This is about as much data as a typical mobile phone plan would have.
However, TPG does have another, relatively cheap internet plan available for $49.99 per month that will offer you a 100GB of data, but for that price we recommend taking a look at other providers, like Flip, who will offer you unlimited data.
With TPG you can choose to sign up for a 6-month contract and get a free modem, or choose a month-to-month contract and either bring your own modem or pay $99.95 setup and get a modem included. While you won’t be able to stream Netflix or game online with limited data, these cheap internet plans are a great option for low-internet users who might just want to check the occasional email or look up a new recipe.
