Activ8me VoIP plans allow you to make and receive calls while enjoying cheaper call rates by bypassing the traditional copper phone network. You can enhance your broadband service with VoIP call features, requiring your own telephone handset for operation Available to eligible service areas, all plans include line rental and Australian-based phone support with a minimum term of 30 days. You can choose between PSTN, a voice service delivered via analogue copper line, or VoIP, a voice service delivered over internet protocol. If you want to keep an existing phone number, it will cost a one-time $30 fee.

Activ8me Home Phone Plans

Activ8me offers two home phone plans, which are a traditional copper landline service that operates on Telstra's existing copper network to deliver the same quality service to Activ8me customers. The phone service is only available to customers in eligible service areas that Activ8me can service and you are required to have your own telephone handset to operate the service. All plans include line rental and Australian-based phone support. The minimum term for each home phone plan is 30 Days.

Activ8me offers a convenient and easy online account where you can manage everything related to your account and Activ8me plans. When you sign up for an Activ8me plan, you will recieve a customer number and create an account password. This is all you need to access your Activ8me login.

Activ8me Complaints

If you have an issue or problem to report with your Activ8me product or plan, you can easily get in touch with Activ8me customer service by calling 1300 222 825. You can also submit a formal request by filling out the online complaint form on their website. The form will ask for your name, customer number, phone, email address, the type of complaint and require that you describe your issue. Activ8me aims to get back to customers who fill out this form within 2 business days.

If you send an email or a letter by post, Activ8me will aim to provide you with a verbal or written response within 2 working days of receiving the complaint.
