TPG’s popular NBN plans come with unlimited data, all you need to do is choose the NBN speed and contract type that works for you. Choosing a 6-month contract comes with a $0 set up fee, while choosing a flexible, no lock-in contract comes with an additional $99.95 upfront cost. TPG Fibre to the Building (FTTB) plans
FTTB, or Fibre to the Building, is used to connect apartment buildings, or other multi-home units, to the NBN. TPG offers FTTB plans to Australians living in multi-dwelling buildings, allowing customers there to choose between flexible connection speeds and contract terms.
When signing up to TPG FTTB, you can decide between:
- Standard connection speeds up to 12Mbps, or Superfast connection with typical evening speeds of 90Mbps
- 18-month contract with $0 set-up fees, or no lock-in contract with $99.95 upfront set-up fee
- Pay as you go calls, or unlimited call inclusions

How to move with TPG internet
If you’re already a TPG broadband customer, you can easily set up your move and keep your TPG service. You can submit a TPG moving home request either online or through your TPG My Account, by calling 1300 865 124, or requesting a callback online.
When organizing your move with TPG, it’s important to let them know as quickly as possible with information such as your new address, and the date you wish to start the moving process. During the service relocation, TPG will send you emails and SMS updates on the installation process. During this, you’ll be able to continue to use your current service until your new home is active.
