Customers interested in purchasing a mobile broadband-enabled modem through OVO have the choice of two modems: Huawei E5573s or Huawei B525s-65a.
The Huawei E5573s is a portable mobile broadband modem with a rechargeable 6-hour battery and the ability to connect up to 10 devices at once. The Huawei B525s-65a is still able to be easily moved and comes with LAN/WAN as well as USB connectivity and can connect up to 64 devices simultaneously.
OVOPlay entertainment packages

How to sign up to OVO and activate
Customers can purchase their SIM card with OVO online. When purchasing an OVO SIM card online, you will need a valid Australian credit card and address.
OVO offers standard delivery of SIM cards for free, or customers can opt for Express Post for an additional $7 charge. Once you receive your SIM card, you can activate it online.

How to cancel an OVO account
OVO automatically recharges your prepaid service after 30 days. To stop the automatic recharge of your mobile or data plan you will need to opt-out on your OVO Dashboard. Since all OVO services are prepaid and without a contract, you can cancel your service at any time without penalty.

Pay an OVO bill
OVO automatically charges your account every month for your prepaid service. To opt-out of this, you will need to log into your OVO Dashboard account. When OVO automatically debits your account, they will let you know that your credit card has been used and that the payment has gone through.
If your payment does not go through, OVO will let you know in order to sort it out as quickly as possible.
Reviews of OVO
OVO customer reviews are very mixed. Within the last few months especially, customers cite that the quality of OVO has gone down by removing the ability to recharge your mobile plan at any point in lieu of data top-ups, and by cutting data allowances in half without adjusting the price. However, customers cite it easy to switch to OVO from another provider and good speeds for streaming with minimal dropouts.
