Self-service
The My Boost Mobile app is the easiest way to manage your prepaid service: recharge, check your balance and usage, view your recharge history and manage multiple services in one place. There are four ways to recharge.
Recharge, check your balance and usage, view recharge history and manage multiple services from your phone, 24/7.
Recharge at boost.com.au with a credit card, PayPal or a Boost voucher. Recharging in your mobile browser does not use your data.
Recharge straight from your Boost phone by dialling #111#, no app or login needed.
Set and forget: store your payment details in the app and Boost recharges you automatically before each expiry.
Good to know. Your My Boost Mobile login is your Boost ID, which you can create when you download the app. You can recharge with a credit card, PayPal or a Boost voucher bought from a retailer, and recharging in your mobile browser does not use your data, so you can top up even when your data has run out.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with your Boost service, the quickest fix is live chat, where Boost aims to resolve issues during the initial chat. If that does not work, you will get a reference number within two days and Boost aims to resolve the complaint within ten. Always include your full name, date of birth and Boost number.
