If you’re a current Boost Mobile customer, you can call customer service from your Boost Mobile phone by dialling 125 8881.

Note: If you joined Boost Mobile before 2 Feb 2021 and are still on an old Boost Mobile prepaid plan, you need to use the old Boost Mobile app downloadable for iOS and Android.

Boost Mobile Activate and Recharge

As a prepaid mobile phone plan provider, Boost Mobile SIM cards need to be activated and recharged, both of which can be done easily online. Below you can find the ways to activate and recharge your Boost Mobile phone plan.

Boost Mobile Activate

Activating your Boost Mobile prepaid SIM card is a straightforward process and can be done online. After you’ve purchased your SIM card, and it’s been delivered, you can do the activation process online.

To activate your Boost Mobile SIM card you will need:

  1. The SIM serial number found on the back of your SIM pack
  2. A valid form of ID such as driver’s license, Medicare card, Australian passport, or international passport with a valid Australian visa

Once you have everything you need, you can activate your Boost Mobile SIM card online. If you want to keep your current phone number, make sure to select “Keep existing number” during the activation.

If you’ve chosen to keep your current number, you need to ensure:

  1. You get an SMS verifying you want to transfer the number
  2. You keep your current SIM card with your previous provider in your phone until the transfer is complete

The number transfer process should take between 4 to 24 hours, however if you make the request outside of business hours, including Sundays or public holidays, your request will be processed the following business day. During this time, you can continue to use your current provider until the transfer is finished.

Boost Mobile Recharge

Once you have your Boost Mobile SIM card set up, you have four ways to recharge your plan.

You can recharge your Boost Mobile plan any of these ways using a valid credit card, PayPal, or Boost Mobile voucher purchased from a retailer.

If you want to set up auto recharge, you can do so directly from the My Boost Mobile app.

  1. Log into My Boost Mobile with your Boost ID
  2. Go to the Recharge tab and make sure you have an active recharge
  3. Select Auto Recharge
  4. Select the amount you wish to recharge
  5. Choose your payment method
  6. Confirm

Boost Mobile Contact for Complaints

If you’ve been dissatisfied with your Boost Mobile service, you can submit a complaint one of three ways.

The easiest and quickest way to resolve a complaint is through the Boost Mobile Live Chat, where they aim to resolve your complaint during the initial chat. If not, you will be provided with a reference number within two days, with aims to resolve your complaint in 10.

If you prefer, you can also send an email or written letter to Boost Mobile. Once Boost Mobile receives your complaint, they’ll provide a reference number within two days, and aim to resolve your concern within 10 days.

When you submit a complaint, make sure to include your full name, date of birth, and Boost Mobile number.
