Who they are

Overview of SkyMesh

SkyMesh is a specialty satellite and fixed wireless broadband company. It started in Brisbane in 2005, first offering fixed wireless broadband to customers in the Gympie and Sunshine Coast regions, before launching its first satellite broadband services in 2007 to customers outside the fixed-line and fixed wireless zones.

Since then, SkyMesh has positioned itself as the regional and rural broadband provider for customers across regional Australia and remote islands. It is actively upgrading its infrastructure and customer systems for faster, more reliable regional broadband, offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and provides local customer support praised for friendliness and efficiency. SkyMesh also supports the transition from traditional phone lines to modern VoIP solutions ahead of the nationwide PSTN shutdown on 1 November 2025.
