1st Energy customers can manage billing, account details, payments and service moves online via the MyAccount portal. Register or log in on the 1st Energy login page.
Payments can be made online through MyAccount, by direct debit, BPAY, phone, cheque, or at Australia Post. 1st Energy charges no processing fees on card payments.
For a power outage, gas leak or network fault, contact your local energy distributor directly. Emergency numbers vary by network and are listed on your energy bill, and shown by state in the directory above. For serious danger to life or property, call 000 immediately.
Feedback can be given by phone, email or online form. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, escalate it to the energy ombudsman for your state: EWON (NSW & SA) on 1800 246 545, EWOV (VIC) on 1800 500 509, EWOQ (QLD) on 1800 662 837, or Ombudsman Tasmania on 1800 001 170.
Sign up online at 1stenergy.com.au/plans or call 1300 560 964 for help choosing a plan. Switching is straightforward with no disconnection. To cancel, call 1300 426 594 or submit a request via MyAccount with your account details; a final bill will be issued for any outstanding charges.
