For just $12 per month, you can enjoy a home phone plan with unlimited local, national, and mobile calls, all included with line rental. Plus, you can opt for the NetComm FN20MESH modem for $37.99, which becomes free after staying connected for 6 months. However, if you decide to cancel your plan before the end of the modem period, you'll need to pay the selected monthly modem charge, ranging from $33.33 to $37.49, multiplied by the remaining months. This remaining modem cost will be applied as a lump sum on your final bill, with a minimum connection period of one month required.

TeleChoice International Roaming

TeleChoice international roaming is only available to TeleChoice customers with a post-paid mobile phone service and isn’t available in all countries. You can easily add a call pack to your order during the signup process or at any time in your TeleChoice online account.

If you want to activate your TeleChoice international roaming service, you will need to call the TeleChoice contact number as international roaming cannot be activated at the time of your SIM activation.

TeleChoice international roaming does not include data, and you can only use the service for calls and SMS messaging. There are spend controls available, but activating your TeleChoice international roaming service while already overseas will attract higher roaming charges.

How to Sign Up to TeleChoice & Activate a SIM-Card

To sign up for TeleChoice mobile or broadband services, customers can easily do so online by selecting their desired plan and indicating whether they are a new or existing customer. If you are an existing customer, you will need to provide details such as their address, account number, name, phone number, preferred contact time and date of birth. You will also be asked whether you want to transfer an existing NBN service to TeleChoice.

During the online sign-up process, customers will also need to provide their address for delivery and connection, as well as valid identification for a credit check.

To activate a TeleChoice SIM card, customers can visit the TeleChoice prepaid SIM activation link or the TeleChoice SIM data-only activation link provided on the TeleChoice website. Typically, the SIM will be ready to go within 2 hours of activation. If the SIM becomes locked, customers can contact TeleChoice customer service at 1300 835 324 to retrieve the PUK for SIM PIN. For those needing to activate a replacement SIM, they can call the TeleChoice customer service team at the same number, selecting option 1. How Do I Activate TeleChoice International Roaming?

TeleChoice international roaming is only available to TeleChoice customers with a post-paid mobile phone service and isn’t available in all countries.

If you want to activate your TeleChoice international roaming service, you will need to call the TeleChoice contact number as international roaming cannot be activated at the time of your SIM activation.

TeleChoice international roaming does not include data, and you can only use the service for calls and SMS messaging. There are spend controls available, but activating your TeleChoice international roaming service while already overseas will attract higher roaming charges.

Is TeleChoice NBN Available?

TeleChoice NBN is no longer available. If you would like to get a broadband service with TeleChoice you have the option of choosing one of their two mobile broadband services.
