ALDImobile Contact: Customer Service, Activation, and Complaints Process
ALDImobile (also known as MEDIONmobile, ALDImobile and HoT Hofer Telekom globally) is a low-cost MVNO phone service on the Telstra network, offering simple phone and data-only plans to customers across Australia. ALDImobile phone numbers
New and existing customers can call ALDImobile from both within and outside of Australia. ALDImobile customer service is available every day of the week (Monday to Sunday) 8am to 9pm. If you’re an ALDImobile customer, you can call them for free from your ALDImobile phone, but they also have an Australian and international phone number if you don’t yet have your own ALDImobile number or can’t currently call from it.

The easiest way for current customers to contact ALDImobile is to log into their My ALDImobile account and create an eSupport ticket. If you’re not yet an ALDImobile customer, however, you can also send ALDImobile an email for any questions or concerns you might have.

My ALDIMobile login
My ALDImobile and the ALDImobile app are available to all ALDImobile customers. With the My ALDImobile account management system,you can manage your plans and services including recharging your ALDImobile phone plan, check your data usage or Family Plan balance, add services to your existing ALDImobile account, or replace a lost SIM card. To get started with My ALDImobile, you need to activate your ALDImobile SIM card, where you’ll be prompted to create an account and set up your password.
ALDImobile network coverage
ALDImobile is part of the Telstra 3G and 4G network, which covers over 23 million Australians across the country. You can check to see if you’re covered by the Telstra network using the ALDImobile coverage map, found online. Most ALDImobile network coverage is concentrated along the coast, where most Australians live, but additional coverage can be found in the Northern Territory as well.
How to purchase an ALDImobile SIM card and activate your plan
You can purchase an ALDImobile SIM card from any ALDImobile store, or purchase one online and have it delivered to your address.
Once you have your SIM card, which is preloaded with $5 pay as you go credit, you can either add more for a pay-as-you-go plan or purchase an ALDImobile phone or data plan during the activation process. Simply choose what type of customer and service you want; as a new customer to create a new account, add a SIM to an existing account, activate a Family Plan, or transfer your service and credits to a new SIM card if you lost your previous one; and follow the online prompts.
ALDImobile offers many different phone and data plans including:

When activating your ALDImobile plan, you will need to provide valid ID as per federal law.
ALDImobile recharge and payments
You can recharge your ALDImobile plan either online or by purchasing an in-store voucher code. You can easily recharge your ALDImobile phone by logging into your ALDImobile account with your phone or account number and password. If you prefer, you can also purchase an ALDImobile recharge voucher in-store and choose “quick recharge” online using your mobile phone number, account password, and voucher code.
ALDImobile complaints handling process
