2. Low Income Household Rebate NSW
The Low Income Household Rebate in New South Wales is available as a yearly payment to help support low-income households in NSW with the cost of energy bills.
It’s available for both retail customers and on-supply customers.

7. Medical Energy Rebate

8. Solar for Low-Income Households NSW
Low-income households in New South Wales could be eligible for the Solar for Low-Income Household rebate.
Up to 3,000 low-income households in New South Wales are being chosen for a 3kW solar system to be installed in their homes.

9. NSW Energy Savings Scheme (ESS)
The NSW Energy Savings Scheme is a massive scheme offered through the NSW government to help home and business owners make energy-efficient upgrades to their properties.
The scheme covers:

- Compressed air systems
- Motors, pumps, and fans
- Refrigeration

- Change & control systems
To apply for this scheme, you simply need to contact an approved supplier and mention the ESS and what you would like to upgrade. From there the supplier will walk you through the necessary steps and will handle the rebate process for you.
Once you have a quote from a supplier, they will calculate how much savings you can receive from the ESS and will convert these savings into Energy Savings Certificates. The Certificates are then sold to energy companies and the remaining money will be credited to you as a discount on your upgrade.
