Was left on hold for a very long time when just trying to get a simple question answered. Fine energy supplier but it would be nice to have better service.

Overall I am very happy with ovo and their service. I was charged an additional fee that I did not expect, but after calling them and asking about it, they were understanding and helped me solve the problem.
