Tash was very helpful with changing and offering a much more suitable, viable plan for our needs. She was very patient and courteous, giving helpful information and explaining in layman terms. I will be reviewing my plan within a six-month period, to ensure we have been given the best advice.
They sent me an "occupant" letter threatening to disconnect my energy when I had never agreed or consented to them taking over my supply. I had a set-up with a previous energy company and EnergyAustralia overtook it and started sending me letters to connect with them. I tried calling them to no avail. I have had to reinstate connection with my old, preferred company and that has been a lengthy process.
